U.P. Police file case against Baby Doll’ singer Kanika Kapoor Confirms tests Positive for Coronavirus .
It is being told that the Baby Doll ‘singer attended an event in Lucknow after returning to Mumbai from London. Her father stated that she had attended three parties, however, Kanika said that she had just attended a small one and was wearing gloves the whole time.
As per the latest reports, the UP police is fully prepared to take action against Kanika. Reportedly, the police will file an FIR against the singer under Section 269 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to the clause, ‘Whoever is unlawful or negligent commits any act, and whom he knows or is the cause of being, the infection of any disease is likely to be life-threatening, imprisonment of either description. Will be punished by Tenure which may extend to six months or with fine or both.’
During this time, the District Magistrate will examine all the parties present in Lucknow attend by Kanika Kapoor.
